I voted "without restrictions" but now I'm thinking, oh, well, obviously not third-trimester. B/c at that point, you can just birth the thing, why would you have an abortion?

The reason I don't think it should be a "only if it's rape" clause, is because can you IMAGINE how many men will be falsely accused of rape?

But not only that, it's just philosophically unsound. If you believe people shouldn't abort because the fetus has a right to live, you can't say "unless the fetus is a product of a bad thing happening." It isn't the kid's fault that his dad is a rapist.

Yes, that's what I meant to vote for as well.

As much as I may believe that life begins at conception and that I wouldn't want to have an abortion for that reason, I don't believe that it's my right to force that belief on others.

I don't think I have the right to decide what choices other women make. Legal with some restrictions, I would hope that last trimester and age would be the biggest considerations.
